The sworn statement of income, debts and monthly costs that every divorce needs: where each number comes from, and the three lines people get wrong.
Family law by video, statewide
We handle agreed divorces, parenting plans, support changes and prenups for people anywhere in the state. You meet us on a video call, from wherever you have a quiet half hour, and you see the flat fee in writing before you sign.

Practice
We take cases two people can mostly agree on. If yours needs a trial, we'll say so on the first call and give you names of lawyers who take them.
Both of you sign the papers. We draft the agreement, file it and get the final decree, without anyone standing in a courtroom.
Read about agreed divorceWho has the children when, how school and doctor decisions get made, and how you hand off. Written so it still works in March.
Read about parenting plansA new job, a lost job, a child who moved. We recalculate support under the state guidelines and file the change.
Read about support changesBefore the wedding or after it: what stays separate, what you share, and what happens to both. We represent one of you.

Evander walks through a first meeting on screen: the questions we ask, which papers to have open, and how the flat fee is set before the call ends. Rather read it? The same steps are written out.

The court's filing fee, which depends on the county, and a parenting class if the court requires one. A contested hearing or a trial is not part of any package. If an agreed case stops being agreed, we pause and quote the next stage in writing before doing more work.

No. We represent one spouse. The other is welcome to read everything, and to have their own lawyer review it before signing.
Yes. We work with clients in every county in the state, and the fee is the same wherever you live.
Tell us what has changed and what the two of you already agree on. We'll tell you which package fits, what it costs and what it won't cover.
