How it works
Five steps, all of them on a screen
An agreed case usually takes two or three video meetings. The rest is drafting, signatures and the court's own waiting period.
- Step 1
Step 1: The free call
Twenty minutes by video. You tell us what's happening; we tell you which package fits and what it costs.
- Step 2
Step 2: The engagement letter
The fee, what it covers and what it doesn't, in writing. You sign it electronically and make the first payment.
- Step 3
Step 3: The working meeting
About an hour on video. We go through money, property, the children and every open question, with your documents on screen.
- Step 4
Step 4: Drafts and signatures
We send the drafts, you and your spouse comment, we revise. When everyone agrees, you sign electronically or with a notary.
- Step 5
Step 5: Filing and the final order
We file in your county, handle anything the clerk asks for and send you the signed order when the judge approves it.
Step 1 takes twenty minutes
Pick a time that suits you, evenings included.
